This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit guidexglobal.com or use the contact form, why we process it, and what rights you have. Our formal notice under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) is published on a separate page.
1. Data controller
Guidex Global Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (“Guidex Global”, the “Company” or “we”) is a limited liability company registered at Cevizli Mah. Zuhal Cad. A Blok No: 46 İç Kapı No: 50, 34846 Maltepe / İstanbul, Türkiye, recorded with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under number 1153104, MERSIS number 0411124129900001. Guidex Global acts as the data controller for your personal data within the meaning of the KVKK.

2. What we collect
This site requires no account and collects nothing about you until you send it to us. What we do collect falls into two groups:
- Contact form data: your name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), the subject you select, your message, and your consent confirmation.
- Technical data: the IP address the request came from, browser and device information, country code, and the time of the request. Our hosting infrastructure records this automatically for security and abuse prevention.
The site carries no advertising tags, no social media pixels, and no tracking tools that build a profile of you.
3. Why we process it
- To assess the enquiry you send through the contact form and reply to you
- To conduct pre-contractual discussions if your enquiry develops into a consultancy engagement
- To keep the site and our infrastructure secure and to block automated or malicious submissions
- To meet obligations placed on us by applicable law
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We will not send you promotional e-mail without your consent.
4. Legal grounds for processing
We rely only on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Your explicit consent (Art. 5/1) — given when you submit the contact form. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Direct connection with the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c) — where your enquiry becomes a consultancy engagement.
- Compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject (Art. 5/2-ç).
- Our legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Art. 5/2-f) — securing the site and preventing abuse.
5. Who we share data with
We share your data only with the service providers needed to deliver the service, and only to the extent required. These providers operate servers outside Türkiye, so such sharing constitutes a transfer abroad under Article 9 of the KVKK and rests on the explicit consent you give when submitting the contact form.

Beyond these, your data may be shared only upon a duly issued request from a public authority empowered by law, and only to the extent requested.
6. How long we keep it
We do not keep personal data longer than the purpose requires. At the end of the period the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

If you withdraw consent or ask for erasure, your data is deleted on request unless a legal ground requires us to keep it.
7. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS, so all traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted. The contact form is validated server-side against automated submissions. Access to form notifications is limited to the people who need to answer the enquiry. That said, no transmission over the internet is completely secure: please do not send sensitive data such as identity numbers or bank and card details through the contact form.
8. Your rights
Article 11 of the KVKK grants you a set of rights over your personal data, including the right to learn whether it is processed, to request information, to have it corrected or erased, and to claim compensation if you suffer loss.
