1. Scope

Guidex Global Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (“Guidex Global”, the “Company” or “we”) is a limited liability company registered at Cevizli Mah. Zuhal Cad. A Blok No: 46 İç Kapı No: 50, 34846 Maltepe / İstanbul, Türkiye, recorded with the Istanbul Trade Registry Office under number 1153104, MERSIS number 0411124129900001. These terms apply to visiting the site and using the contact form on it. Where a separate consultancy agreement is signed between you and Guidex Global, the provisions of that agreement prevail.

2. Intellectual property

The texts, images, logo and design elements on the site, and the way they are arranged, belong to Guidex Global or its licensors unless stated otherwise, and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation. Content may be quoted for personal and non-commercial purposes with attribution; any other reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires our written permission.

3. Nature of the information on this site

The content of this site is for general information only. No part of it constitutes legal, financial, tax or investment advice, or a binding offer. These terms are governed by Turkish law. The Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. The statutory rights of visitors qualifying as consumers are reserved.
